Are you wearing them back to front?  

On the label does it say "binoculars", if so, turn them round....duh!

I have my contact lenses calibrated for mono vision.  One eye for close, one
eye for far.  No cheaters! I'm not going back to that business of having
readers lying all over the house so they're always handy.
