[AccessD] mdb block even though it was in a zip file

Yep, their AV has been told that .MDB is not an allowed attachment type. many AV prgrams
will noe scan inside zip files. Their outgoing mail scanner discovered and removed it. Tell
them to rename the zip file with a different extension so that the AV doesn't try to open it and
scan the file inside.
