[AccessD] OT: Win 7

My version of Win 7 Pro still has the ability to change the priority..
(Right click Function)

Slightly OT but I have an application running very slowly.
Task Manager used to have the option to increase its priority but under Win7
this has gone.
Anybody know how to get it back so that I can go home tonight??
