[AccessD] Windows 7 & Access 2007 (.mde) Caution Warning!!!

It's not theoretical, it's done all the time.  Pretty much every processor that has be sold in the last few years has been 64 bit.  They have just had 32 bit OSes installed on them.

Oh, you're right. You could theoretically install a 32 bit OS on a 64 system.
