  I use SmartIdenter v3.5 for Office 2000-2003.  Although not quite what you
want, it does help spot mis-matched structures because the indenting ends up
off.

  You can find it on the net or I have a copy here I can e-mail.

Does anyone use or know of any add-ins for vb/vba that would highlight
or somehow mark the beginning and end of an if/then statement?  One of
our developers has acquired a program with some extremely large nested
if statements and is having a hard time keeping track of them.
