[AccessD] Ribbon problem

Debbie,

Are you sure you have the report opened in PrintPreview? Access 2007 has
several view modes for reports, one of which, layoutview, I think don't
supports printing.  
This is just a guess, but I think I have run into that before.

The Access 2007 I am working on has lots of custom ribbons. The print
preview on the report is giving me problems intermittently. The close print
preview button will gray out and become disabled. I have not been able to
figure out why, but I have been able to reproduce it pretty consistently
when I select a criteria from a pop up form. This is not the only time it
shows up, but the only one I can reproduce.  
Using the default ribbon on this same report has a working close print
preview. I am including a copy of the ribbon XML in the hope that someone
can spot an obvious problem I cannot.
