[AccessD] freelancing job sites (OT Reply)

Well, I don't think it's an either/or choice -- I'm sure there are companies 
on both sides of this fence. Most of my experience is with very small 
companies where there is no CIO or large institutions where departments call 
me in because IT won't even take on their project.
