[AccessD] compiled .mde file allowing design view

The only way that I can think of for that to happen is that someone has used a tool to 
recreate the forms and reports from the original MDE into another file which they have given 
the same name.  That would explain the absence of any code modules.

I seem to remember one of our list members creating such a thing a few years ago. Hang on 
a minute while I search my archives......

Yep, Shamil came up with concept back in 2002.   Last reference on the list was:
