[AccessD] running the database on 2007 runtime

No.  But why should I have to for crying out loud.  This is Access 2007 crapola AFAICT.  How am I 
going to place it in a trusted location on machine XYZ?  What the heck IS a trusted location?

Just frigging irritating!
