[AccessD] A potential security concern

I am going to have to go there eventually, for one specific client who is stubbornly staying with 
Access 2000.  His application is huge and I do not expect to ever migrate it to C#.

For these tiny databases I am just biting the bullet and learning what I need to do them in C#.
