[AccessD] Ribbons

Hi Stuart

Oh, I thought the app was maximized. Still I believe it should be left to the user to maximize things, but then we don't do that much report previewing.

I beg to differ.

Maximize only maximizes the form or report inside the currently sized Access window.  It 
doesn't maximize the Access window to the Desktop.

It's a very useful technique for optimising the display of reports.
