Well, I do often ask for help, don't I? ;)

The honest truth is this: I often have a hard time understanding exactly 
what the problem is. I'm seldom sure if it's because I have no experience 
with the topic or if they just don't know how to ask questions. I think it's 
a mixture of both. :)
