Drew,

  Don't get excited; triggers are not available at engine level.  They are
only available through the UI and Macro's. 

  And I'm not sure what Mark is referring to as transaction logging, but
there is none that I'm aware of.

These are now "in" the 2010 ACCDB format and run-time.
