Viruses, however, are not living entities; they do not have life.
Neither do we for that matter, we have temporary chemical existence based
upon life.
Neither 'germs' nor viruses 'evolve,' they mutate and adapt in programmatic
precision. 
Evolution promises to give all desirable traits, then doesn't deliver.
