Rates are based on MARKET PRICE. Period.

And the market is not good.
However, if you've got specialized knowledge of the client's industry and/or
business,
consider that at least a 50% differential.

If you go thru an agency today, everyone is treated the same...it's like
being a drone.
No differentiation.
