[AccessD] OT: Prevent outlook from receiving email

At least email is less intrusive than the phone. As for Outlook, I switched
away from it years ago. A few years back, I wrote an app for a client who
wanted to send emails but didn't use Outlook. It was pretty simple to
switch the code to use her email app rather than Outlook.
