[AccessD] Access 2007 "On Click" Event on Tab (Page) - Never Fired???

It works for me.   Click anywhere in  the page which is not covered by a control and the 
message box pops up.  Note - responds to clicks  only if you click on the background of the 
tab "page", not on  the "tab" itself.
