[AccessD] Running A Stand Alone On A MAC

Great news. I have Mac users wanting to run Access apps and I always just
say no. Probably still a sound response (sanity wise) but at least now I
know someone else is doing it.

This is a smallish runtime FE hitting a SQL Server BE over the web.
