Secretary to Section 3 Air Traffic Police Officer:
"From my 36th floor window, three blocks away, I watched the IPoAC lift off
toward the intended destination.
There was a flash between buildings and I got that sinking feeling.
I was very fortunate; the Falcon 'virus' left my data unharmed under a pile
of feathers in a 52nd floor window over there.
Data delivery has become a real problem under this administration since the
deregulation."

Subject: [AccessD] OT: IP over Avian Carriers (IPoAC)

Hi all

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_over_Avian_Carriers

You may laugh out loud, but when you think about it, long latency is a key
issue for interplanetary communication as well.
