[AccessD] Changing the ODBC Connection String to use UNC - Strange Results

IIRC (from the distant past) UNC connections have never been reliable with linked tables.  I don't 
recall much more, it seems to be a long standing bug, never fixed?

If you think about it, this is not a "power user" requirement and we all know who the target 
audience is (hint - not the developer).
