[AccessD] ADO 2.8 Library OR ADO 2.8 Recordset Library?

A few users have suddenly started having an error when trying to connect to
an Oracle database.  Up to now, I've been using ADO 2.6 Library.  I'm going
to reset the reference to 2.8, but there is also an ADO Recordset 2.8
Library.

 

Should I use both?
