[AccessD] What's the bug/problem with creating with Access 2010 and deploying to earlier users?

I don't have any A2k runtimes but do have some A2k3 and they seem fine. I
use Wise/Sagekey install scripts.

Maybe it was for runtimes.

I remember reading about it several times, but cannot find anything right
now.
