It's not really denied Gustav, it's just that the sub folder "Local Settings is set by Windows as a hidden folder, but if you type the full path into the Explorer address bar (C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings) then you will be able to browse into the folder. Or just tell Explorer to display hidden files and folders in the Tools\Folder Options menu selection.
