[AccessD] A2010: Show Properties sheet in formview

Hi David and David

OK, I can see in A2000 that it is the property AllowDesignChanges that must
be True.

That exists in A2010 as well, it is True, and the icon is visible on the
Ribbon. 
However, clicking it doesn't do anything when the form is in FormView.
Wonder why not.

It was pulled from 2007 IIRC.

Even worse, layout view isn't available in ADPs.
