[AccessD] Vertical bar code font

Possibilities:
Maybe Wordart, or put the barcode into an image and rotate that, or insert 
with a live link from somewhere else

The possibilities for workarounds depend to a large degree on the 
volatility, and limitations on the source and update/synchronisation 
requirements of the value to be shown
