[AccessD] changing Field Size programmatically

You can use the BackEnd Updated that was created by a few of the folks
here (Andy, Reuben, myself) to manipulate from the Front End.

You can donwload it from http://www.databaseadvisors.com/downloads.asp
about 1/2 way down the page.
