[AccessD] Poll: Custom Ribbons and Custom Navigation Panes

Yes, no for me.
We've been over this issue already.
Building a custom ribbon is tedious due to the unforgiving nature of XML.
It requires a lot of creativity and patience.
For one thing, if you don't architect your call-backs correctly, it can
become a huge monster to maintain.
