Rock,
I did this for a client who needed to fill out some pdf forms for the USPS:

Scan pdf form
Insert above file into an Access report.
Monkey around till you locate text boxes containing the data you need on to
the report.
Send to pdf if necessary.

Dear List:
 
Is there a way to fill in the blanks in a PDF form?  I have a client who has
a government form that they fill by hand and it takes a huge amount of time
and is, of course, somewhat error prone. .  But most of the data is in the
database I wrote for them.  Is there a way to push that data into a pdf
form.  BTW this is still a 2003 app.
