[AccessD] Forcing an event

OpenArgs has changed my life. :) Thank you guys! It's very simple to
implement and it meant discarding a number of unnecessary forms, but it's
definitely the way to go. In just a few hours, I had all those forms
totally under control and I'm headed in a brand new direction. :)
