[AccessD] SQL EXISTS

Don't know about improved, but I tend to use a construct like:

SELECT Customers.CustomerID, Customers.CompanyName
FROM Customers
LEFT JOIN  Orders ON Orders.CustomerID = Customers.CustomerID
WHERE Orders.CustomerID IS NULL
