Hi Shamil

No, this is all totally new to me. But your considerations and assumptions seem correct to me.

Jim Dettman may know something about this or who to turn to at MS for the ins and outs of these protocols.

 Hi Gustav --

AFAIU the subject document specifies how MS Access Web Apps metadata is stored on SharePoint / Office 365(?) servers.

There are a few other related protocols MS-AXL2, MS-ACCDT, MS-ADR, MS-AADT, MS-ASDT, ....

Especially interesting and useful seems to be this one:

[MS-ART]: Access Run Time Protocol
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh628491(v=office.12).aspx
Do you know/what do you suppose - are there at MS any plans to have the "Access Run Time Protocol" available via/implemented by new versions of "Office 365 API"
( https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/office365/howto/rest-api-overview ) ?

Thank you.
