[AccessD] Show Print Preview Ribbon for Popup Reports (x posted)

What happens if you set the Allow Default Shortcut Menus option to true
under Current Database?  You should be able to then access the print
preview commands from the shortcut menu for the report.  Or is this a
runtime version, which changes the rules.
