[AccessD] Keyboard Shortcuts

Ah Ctrl-F4 - good one.  Takes two hands but it works! I suppose that's what
a key remammper's for.  Anybody have a preference?

Ctrl-F4 to close an open window (with option to Save given)

I don't remember the 2010 interface but thought there is a navigation bar on
left (maybe have to look in options) and all objects as one of the modes to
view in a list.
