[AccessD] Need rectangle with rounded corners

I fudged it by creating one in word and copying it over using Lightshot -
great screen cap program, btw (https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html).  Just
gave the client the First Look and didn't get any push back on the graphic
so I think it's gonna be OK.

Maybe try 8 "corner-builder" shapes that can be overlaid on top of the
original rectangle (the shape most sent to back), The outer corners
(squares) would be white interior with no border, The inner portion of the
corner would be quarter-arcs with the same border color as the rectangle,
brought to front.
