[AccessD] third party error code builder and other stuff

I did pay, many years ago.  I agree about the value, however I am not 
doing much dev work lately so...

And none for Access, which is what I want to to use it for.  Helping 
Ryan a bit with classes.

So I may go ahead and buy it again.  Or maybe not, haven't decided.
