[AccessD] Annoying Bounce

No real fix for it and it's been broken all the way up to Access 2016.

You can do two things to minimize it:

1.  Put the screen settings back to 100% instead of 125.

2.  Change the general text alignment to text from interface mode under options. This reduces it but doesn't eliminate it.
