They (Google not govrrnment) have the right because we click accept to the
Ts and Cs.

If you have a problem with it then do what Scotty did or else otherwise
boycott Android device mfgs. Don't know what else to tell ya. It's
optional, they can'take you buy the phones or use them. If they couldn't
monetize, they phones with the features they have nowadays would probably
cost a whole lot more.
