<DIV>I haven't read all the responses as yet, but has anyone suggested using the
import function in Excel instead of exporting from Access.</DIV>

<DIV>You can set up the Excel sheet with all the proper formatting and using the
Data/Get External Data/ etc. you can grab the information from an Access
table or Query. Then anytime the user wants to update the information on
the spreadsheet, they click a button on the toolbar and it's all done. No
need to reformat or anything.</DIV>
