I didn't read Fred's article yet, but I've found the best way is to use Google's
advanced search and limit it to Microsoft's support site. While
Microsoft's search engine has improved, its still not the
best.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

anything in the KB when you use M$'s search engine, the article points out

but now you have no excuse for not looking it up yourself before asking the
