You may have some of these things -but business wise you need to BUY: ODE, Wise
Install, SageKey Scripts, a decent Help writing program (price it at
RoboHelp-worst case), a good PC, desk, office furnishings, accountant... after 6
months you'll need to buy a real life!</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

U.S. try $65/hour for starters. If you're uncomfortable with billing the whole
amount because it took longer than you thought then only bill a portion of
the hours. Never bill too low of a rate. I bill according to customer size and
what I'm doing: 65-120. For non-profits, I donate half back after
payment (which is agreed upon ahead of time).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
