to me resolving the problem. I did discover a missing reference of </span></font><font
size=2 color=navy face=Arial><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;
color:navy'>Microsoft</span></font><font size=2 color=navy face=Arial><span
style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'> DAO 3.51 Object Library
in references. The dll file is in the folder. I unchecked the
reference and re-registered it. Thus, it works now. I have inquired
the user who said no program installed recently and any crash on the pc.
However, I noticed that the Windows 98 could not shut down properly and
there was below error message when I clicked Properties of printer or randomly
clicked any menus.</span></font></p>
