Anyway one of the requirements is to be able to prepare HTML emails (text and pics and anything else I guess) with, in effect, field placemarks (e.g. [CustomerName] or whatever). It then has to do an "emailmerge" between the HTML and the data and send to all on his list. Does that make sense? What do you think?
