listed in the download center for A97 and A2000, but when you get to the page to
initiate the download, it says it's no longer available.</FONT></DIV>

.snp reports to customers. The emails include a note that they can
download Snapshot Viewer for free on Microsoft's site. I'm not sure what
to do so they can download it.</FONT></DIV>
