[Dba-office] toc not updating in template

I know. Apparently, the customer he wrote this template for can’t be bothered. My latest suggestion was to add the tod update command to the open, save, and print events. I do find it curious though that the template can’t maintain the right page numbers  before editing.

If the template keeps the bookmarks or other reference, then all the 
user should have to do is Select All and F9, to fully update.  At least, 
I believe that's all I have had to do.
