Interesting...I guess we don't advertise our sizes to this Winter Corp.,
because we'd have beaten everyone on the list on both OLTP and DSS
implementations.  Our average OLTP db size is 6.9GB and the largest OLTP
db is 42.7GB, while the largest DSS db is 60.9GB and the average DSS is
20.47GB.  Mind you that all these db's are on SQL Server and I am not
even mentioning Oracle and DB2 installs that have much larger databases.
We're currently working on taking 400GB+ Oracle db for a parallel
implementation in SQL Server (don't ask why, many things are better be
left unknown here :)
