Thanks Shamil,

found the right-click on the SQL Server Agent - I didn't expect it to be
there!
Searching BOL I only found the topic telling me how to add new categories
using DMO...

<YourSQLServer> -> Management->SQL Server Agent->
Jobs->RightClick->Manage Job Categories -> Add...

select * from msdb..syscategories -- list all available categories

EXEC sp_help_category @class = 'JOB' -- list job class categories
