Yes you just need to create a connection to the sql server (source and destination). The best way to do this is via DTS packages.

DTS is also an option, and gives you more control over what you want to
copy:

Right-Click Database -> All Tasks -> Export Data
Choose the Source and Destination Database
Choose 'Copy Objects And Data..'
Uncheck 'Copy Data'
.. continue select options and objects that you want to copy as required.

I want to copy a database containing 100+ tables, about 500 sprocs and about
200 views and about 20 UDFs to a new database, but with the proviso that no
data goes, only the structures. I'm not sure how to do this. Suggestions?
