[dba-SQLServer] dynamically create MS Access database via DTS package

Hi!
Does anyone know of a way to dynamically create an Access database from
scratch in a DTS package to be a destination?
Would this require a custom task?  How do you create that?  I thought I
found some code, but I couldn't get anything to work, probably due to my
lack of VB knowledge.
