[dba-SQLServer] DELETE and LEFT JOIN

I'm a skimmer -- I admit it -- I skim for what I need. I find it very
difficult to read something word for word -- <blush> 

It's terrible that the information is there and I've never once actually
read it and understood the full intent. :(
