[dba-SQLServer] Stored Procedure Assisted Editor

I am looking in SQL Server 2005 by gunderloy & co, chapter 14, Stored
Procedures.  he has me open the programmability tab and right click "new
stored procedure.  In the book a "wizard" pops up with the created stored
procedure in the bottom.  I don't see the wizard, only the text "model" of a
new SP.  Is this wizard no more?

I hate it when the books are just completely different than what I see.
